IPMI 2026: People, Partnerships, and Possibilities
Three days, hundreds of conversations, endless demos, and AVA!
For the past two months, IPMI has been a recurring topic in every meeting, every checklist, and almost every conversation at Get My Parking. And now, just like that, we’ve wrapped up three fantastic days in Milwaukee.
IPMI 2026 kept Booth #809 buzzing from start to finish as operators, partners, customers, and industry leaders stopped by to explore new ideas, talk through parking challenges, and see what we’ve been building.
Here’s a look back at some of our favourite moments.
AVA Took Centre Stage
This year, we introduced AVA’s Agents. AVA Ops Agent, AVA Lane Agent, AVA Snap Agent, and AVA Vision Agent gave visitors a closer look at how AI built specifically for parking can support operations, simplify everyday tasks, and improve parking experiences.
One of the highlights at the booth was giving attendees a chance to interact with the agents firsthand. Through these interactive demos, visitors tested the agents themselves, asked questions, and explored how AI can fit into their day-to-day parking operations.
Event Parking Went Mobile
GMP Events was another big talking point throughout the week. Visitors got hands-on experience with our handheld solution built for high-volume event parking operations and saw how operators can manage entry, payments, validations, reservations, and live updates from a single device. There were plenty of conversations around making event days less stressful and a lot more efficient.
AVA the Robots Built a Fan Club
We can’t talk about IPMI without talking about AVA. It was nice for our team as well to hang out with AVA in person. Our Chief Gift Officers spent their time moving across the expo hall and making new friends. They were seen handing out gifts and happily becoming one of the most photographed members of the team.
A Few More Things We Were Excited to Share
Alongside AI and event parking, we also showcased new updates across the Get My Parking platform, including enhancements to ExpressLane and easier ways to manage permits, reservations, validations, payments, and integrations.
We also gave visitors a first look at camera-synchronized session start for ungated QR-enabled locations, a new capability powered by AVA Vision Agent that uses LPR cameras to automatically anchor parking sessions to a vehicle’s actual arrival time. It’s another step toward reducing revenue leakage while creating a more accurate and seamless parking experience.
The Best Part? Seeing the Parking Community Together
As much as we love showcasing new technology, IPMI is always about the people.
Every conversation, every introduction, every challenge shared, and every new connection made is what makes these events so worthwhile.
The energy carried well beyond the expo floor, with unforgettable evenings, friendly pickleball matches, and golf outings that brought together our team, customers, and partners from across the parking industry.
