Set Up Your Event
Everything starts in the Event Management module. From your dashboard, you can select your parking locations, set up your collection windows, and configure your rates. You can also choose whether to enable cash collection for the event. Once you confirm the details, the system automatically syncs everything to your team’s handheld devices. If you need to change a rate last minute, simply update it in the module, and the devices refresh instantly.
Run the Event From One Handheld
When operations begin, attendants select their location and active event to pull up everything they need on one screen. From the handheld, they can take card payments, track cash, and scan QR codes for reservations, permits, or validations. They can also text tickets to a driver’s phone or print multiple tickets at once to keep the lanes moving. To keep finances accurate, attendants can handle their cash submissions directly on the screen during or after the shift. If connectivity drops, the app continues to support offline card payments, cash transactions, and QR scanning, automatically syncing the data when the network returns.
