As our customer community continues to grow, so does the importance of having the right people and teams behind every customer experience.

With James on board, we can’t wait to see the impact he’ll have on our customers, partners, and teams across North America. 

Get to Know James 

James has spent more than 25 years working across parking operations, enterprise technology, customer success, business development, and organizational leadership. Over the years, he’s worn many hats, leading teams, managing customer relationships, overseeing large-scale implementations, and helping organizations achieve meaningful results.

What makes his background especially interesting is that he’s worked on both the operations and technology sides of the industry. That gives him a well-rounded understanding of the challenges organizations face every day and what it takes to support customers at every stage.

What’s Next for James at GMP

As Vice President of Customer Success, North America, James will lead GMP’s Customer Success team across the region, working closely with teams across the company to support our customers every step of the way.

He’ll oversee onboarding, platform adoption, executive relationships, customer retention, expansion opportunities, and post-sale operations, helping ensure customers continue to get the most out of their partnership with GMP.

More importantly, he’ll help bring together the people, processes, and partnerships that make Customer Success such an important part of GMP today. The GMP Team is excited to have James on board and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll have on our customers, partners, and teams across North America.
