Welcome Samantha Toole: Building GMP’s New Construction Vertical
The Get My Parking Team is excited to welcome Samantha Toole to Get My Parking as Director of Sales, New Construction. At the same time, we’re launching our New Construction Vertical to engage with projects earlier and work alongside the teams planning and designing tomorrow’s developments. It’s a step that allows us to help shape smarter, future-ready parking experiences from day one.
Samantha – The Veteran Steering our Mission
Samantha brings more than 30 years of experience in architecture, construction, technology, customer success, and commercial leadership. Having worked closely with developers, architects, contractors, ownership groups, and technology stakeholders throughout her career, she understands what it takes to bring projects to life and build strong partnerships along the way. With Samantha leading this initiative, we’re ready to build stronger connections across the new vertical.
Building the Future of Parking Together

What’s Next for Samantha and GMP
In her new role, Samantha will focus on building relationships across the design and construction community and introducing ExpressLane, GMP’s AI-powered PARCS platform, to projects earlier in their journey.
As a hardware-agnostic, mobile-enabled solution, ExpressLane is designed to help operators modernize parking operations while adapting to the evolving needs of today’s developments.
