Schware’s background and education in Environmental Design enrich his many industry contributions. Before joining Get My Parking, he held pivotal roles at Sovrn and FLASH, where he developed and implemented enhanced sales strategies and championed process improvement. At Sovrn, he built scalable SDR teams across its verticals and introduced advanced CRM and pipeline management tools. As a Regional Sales Manager at FLASH, he spearheaded a New Construction vertical and coached the West Coast sales team, driving ~$7 million in new business across eight (8) new states over two years.
