Recognizing smart cities as an important platform to drive progressive change, the 3rd Smart Cities India 2017 expo was held from 10th-12th May 2017. The expo saw an integration of IoT technologies into innovation to transform cities into smart cities. Companies from across the globe gathered at the three-day show, bringing new technologies to the fore and creating an optimistic uproar with a host of futuristic and creative solutions on display for the development of smart cities.

The second day of the expo witnessed a session that emphasized a global vision to successfully accommodate the projected growth in India’s urban population.
